Dear readers,
We are pleased to share with you the latest progress achieved within FLEXIndustries.
The project has now entered a particularly crucial phase, with only six months remaining before its conclusion. Building on the work carried out during the previous reporting periods, the consortium is now fully focused on the monitoring and validation of the hardware and software solutions implemented across the FLEXIndustries demo sites. This phase is essential to assess the performance of the developed technologies, evaluate their contribution to industrial flexibility, and consolidate the technical and operational results achieved throughout the project.
During the past months, significant efforts have been devoted to advancing the integration of the different solutions deployed in the demo sites, further strengthening the FLEXIndustries platform and supporting the collection of meaningful operational data from the demo sites. In May, the project’s penultimate General Assembly was also held, providing a valuable opportunity for the consortium to review the current status of activities, align on the remaining priorities, and define the key steps needed to successfully reach the end of the project. While some challenges remain, the mitigation actions jointly defined by the consortium are allowing the project to move forward thanks to the strong cooperation between partners.
As we approach the final stage of this complex, demanding, but highly interesting project, the consortium is preparing to draw conclusions on the work performed, assess the results obtained, and identify the key lessons learned for future exploitation and replication. The coming months will therefore be decisive to consolidate the project’s achievements.
Stay tuned for the latest updates as FLEXIndustries moves towards its final milestones!
