4th FLEXIndustries webinar explores how multi-agent orchestration and digital twins enable seamless industrial energy flexibility
The FLEXIndustries project is pleased to announce the successful completion of its 4th webinar, titled “Interoperability by Design: Orchestrating Digital Twins through Multi-Agent Systems”, featuring insights from Fondazione Links experts Nicolò Bertozzi and Anna Geraci.
The session delved into an innovative platform architecture that embraces digital twins and multi-agent system orchestration as core principles, bridging the divide between industrial plant operations and IT systems. By introducing a stateless, event-driven orchestration layer, the platform ensures seamless interoperability across diverse environments, enabling scalable integration of field equipment, process models, and decision-support modules.
This design-centric approach positions interoperability as an enabler, not a constraint, paving the way for a unified, resilient digital ecosystem capable of supporting real-time decision-making, energy flexibility, and ecosystem-wide coordination across the FLEXIndustries demonstrations and beyond.
